Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions:
- Limit one (1) voucher can be redeemed per party.
- Use of restaurant vouchers for alcoholic beverages is at the sole discretion of the restaurant. Restaurant agrees to comply with all state laws pertaining to the same.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with any other certificates, coupons or promotions unless permitted by establishment.
- Vouchers cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances.
- No cash value for vouchers.
- No cash back upon redemption or at any other time.
- If this is a restaurant voucher, valid for dine in only unless otherwise stated.
- The issuing of credit is at the sole discretion of the establishment unless otherwise required by law.
- Neither the seller nor the vendor is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or reference numbers.
- Reproduction, sale or trade of the voucher is prohibited outside of the OurBlok voucher program.
- Any attempted redemption not consistent with these terms and conditions will render the voucher void. Void to the extent prohibited by law.
- If you would like to trade vouchers, they can be exchanged for other vouchers within 90 days on www.ourblok.com in the classified section.
- Expires one (1) year from date of issue.
